Unfortunately, there were very few recipes for 2 lb loaves therefore this book was not useful to me. Each recipe is made for one specific loaf size only, mostly 1lb loaves which is great for a single person with a small bread machine. Beyond that, there’s a nice variety of recipes here with easy straight forward directions including nutritional content for each recipe. Amazon sent me a black & white copy. I had no option to choose the color edition. Regretfully I’ll be returning this cookbook.
This is an unique and on the same amount of delicious book inside and outside. i have got this book recommended from my aunt and most probably this is the most valuable cook book of my kitchen.I have always thought about baking breads and i have tried a few without any proper instructions but this amazing book solve all my problems, though the first few ones i have tried didn't come well but with a proper practice and patience my baking will definitely improve.Pictures and properly described instructions of recipes with step by step details will definitely help everyone to make a new start of baking something delicious for your family members.
I already have two cookbooks by Christopher Lester. These are my favorites, and I waited for the release of this one. I already have a bread maker, and I’m always happy to try new recipes. My kids love cheese and fruit bread. Following the recipes from this book, gorgeous bread is still baked. I recommend this book to mothers with kids. The Bread Machine Cookbook has many recipes that your children will like.
My daughter gave me this Bread Machine Cookbook for my birthday. And she brought the sweet bread, which she baked according to the recipe from this cookbook. It was terrific and with a heady aroma. Therefore, I bought a bread maker for my kitchen and will delight my grandchildren with fresh, crisp bread in winter. Highly recommend the recipe book!
Very disappointed when I received the book to find it is entirely in black and white. Kindle version has the color photos. Guess I’ll keep it for the time being because the recipes look good.
