Unlike many fans, I enjoyed the first two books thoroughly, and this was no exception. It couldn't stop reading, too scared to keep going, but too excited to stop. It came to a point where I was about to fall asleep at 3:26 AM, but I was too terrified because it was the witching hour AND the middle of the night shift. Honestly, this videogame will always hold a place in my heart, and I can't wait to reread this book to finally solve this mystery.

This book was amazing from start to finish and I loved every second of it. All the little nods to the games that confined so many of my theories and one's I'd seen online was awesome, and really left me with a few more questions than answers. But hey, that's just my opinion and thoughts on the "final" installment in the fnaf book series.

**SPOILERS**This book is absolutely phenomenal. It gave so many answers to questions and theories and even left some unanswered to make way for more theories and possibly games? When the kids’ souls finally were released and Carlton had a physical copy of the drawing of the kids on the hill I was in TEARS. I would recommend this whole series to anyone who loves horror and thrills.

This book is a lot like the first two in the series- it's written in a way that's just good enough most of the time, but can be a little off at its weaker moments. What do I mean by off? Well, the pacing is kind of clunky, to the point of seeming a bit slow in places. There are also moments that just aren't written in a strong way. The characters are always talking. ALWAYS. To themselves, to others, just because they have to put how they feel into words. But this wording is often clunky and just not poetic. There's great literature, words that etch into your brain, words you remember forever... and then there's average fare. This is average fare. The dialogue often feels extremely unnecessary. It's telling, not showing. For example, there are many times when a situation calls for absolute silence, or else the threat will get and kill them. And yet the characters will still whisper to each other in complete sentences the plans. This isn't terrible, but it'd would up the tension and creativity to employ nervous and frantic gestures, suppressed squeals, glances, anything but over-explaining dialogue.I won't put my whole analysis here, but the writing is the book's major weakness. The creepiness, at least, is rather good. All the evil stuff is rather creepy, although executed with that only-decent writing. However, near the climax of the book, the quality of the writing almost becomes unimportant. The pacing finally picks up, and the scary stuff really starts to hit you. It's a bit late for it to finally reach its element, but at least it gets there. The story itself is ok, but gets real confusing, real fast. Still, I can partly forgive it, considering that it's FNaF we're talking about here. I think the real twist of the story is a bit ridiculous, but hey, it's FNaF we're talking about. I can't start having standards now.The very end seemed emotionally confusing. I couldn't tell what the characters were feeling in the last scene, which was frustrating after having them voice their emotions ALL THE DAMN TIME.Still, it's not a horrible book, and it's got that good, good lore. If you're a FNaF fan, you're gonna read it anyway.

This was a very good book, it opened closed doors and helped complete the puzzle. I finished it in one day, after reading for a very long time. And the book was a very good read in every way, from the use of punctuation and grammar, to how the author made the story play out. It was a journey of scary, and weird, situations. And it just helped clear up the story more.

My favorite book in the trilogy❤️ I’ve loved all of the books, whether they’re masterpieces or not, simply because I love the franchise and the creator behind it. The lore of the games is really what brought me to the trilogy of books from Scott Cawthon. So I’m not a critic that will tell you the literary aspects of this and whether they were up to par with something like the Inheritance Cycle—I’m just a person who really has a love for this franchise and it’s (admittedly convoluted) story. One thing I can say, though, is that there are interesting twists and parts from the two other novels that gets tied in to this one in some neat and unexpected ways. Love it to pieces!

I'm really not sure how to rate this book. I love FNAF, but there were so many errors in grammar and spelling, it was almost like reading a poorly translated web novel. As with the second book, the reader really has to suspend their disbelief, as there are some things that very much clash with how the world really works. However, the overall story was still fun to read. (Spoiler warning) I don't think Jen had to die, really, but whatever.
